What it is
The piece is fully designed: fabric picked, pattern cut, every pocket and seam decided. It just doesn't exist yet. You order it, we make it, it ships. That's the whole trick.

What it isn't
Not custom. No picking fabrics or moving pockets. We already sweated those details.
Not a preorder for a pile. Your order is the production run.
Not sitting in a warehouse. No shelf, no backstock. Just a really good idea waiting on you.

So why wait?
Ready-to-wear is a guess. Made to order is a promise. Outerwear's the layer you live in, and it shouldn't be overproduced, marked down, or cut from cheaper cloth to hit a number.

The wait is a few weeks. The coat's a decade.
